Can’t really tell what your goal is. Most of the things you list at the end here were brought to the forefront by the very politicians who are anti-CRT. It is premium gaslighting to blame CRT for the return of white supremacist organizations.

If I understand correctly, you are okay with teaching about racism as long as it is a theory that we do nothing about? Praxis can and should be applied to any knowledge topic. What is the point of learning without action? Please understand that I don’t think the stance of your writing is ill-intentioned or malicious, but I hope you can reflect on why this stance is very convenient.

You wrote that racism should be taught but can’t say how and you just know CRT is not it even though it has “noble” goals. Meanwhile, racist structures continue to exist today which negatively impact minorities. I don’t mean they are inconvenienced like the McFlurry machine is broken today, I mean things as serious as mortality rates that are disproportionately higher in black communities because of these structures. Lives are ending earlier than they should or need to. While you wait for someone else to propose a solution that makes you less uncomfortable this is happening. These are lessons that children in those communities are already being taught.
